As President of Medical Services Network, Roland Fargo leads the development of the Region’s physician organization which integrates ambulatory care with acute and post-acute care. Central to the Medical Services Network are the partnerships with independent and employed physicians enabling Adventist Health to improve the health status of large populations in Southern California. In addition, Roland works with the Region’s leadership to develop network relationships with like-minded health systems and providers to expand our impact across a broader market.
For more than 13 years, Roland has worked with Adventist Health in a number of roles, most recently as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for White Memorial Medical Center, growing services to better care for Los Angeles communities.
Before joining Adventist Health, Roland practiced physical therapy in the Inland Empire. He graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 1995. Six years later, he completed a Masters of Business Administration at California State University, San Bernardino. In his free time,
Roland enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, and his son, Zachary.
